Can you offer recycled PET (rPET) for eco-conscious brands?

Yes. We offer 30%, 50%, and 100% rPET (post-consumer recycled) PET bottles. This is increasingly required for EU markets under the Single-Use Plastics Directive and helps avoid the UK Plastic Packaging Tax. rPET premium is typically 15-25% over virgin resin.

Do you produce bottles for hot-fill products like jam or sauce?

Yes. For products requiring fill temperatures above 70°C, we recommend PP (polypropylene) bottles which withstand up to 121°C. We also offer heat-set PET (HSPET) for moderate hot-fill applications up to 95°C. Discuss your fill temperature with our engineers for the best material recommendation.

Can I get custom shapes, colors, and printing on food bottles?

Yes. All our food packaging supports full customization: custom bottle shapes (with new mold), Pantone PMS color matching, silk-screen printing (1-8 colors), hot stamping (gold/silver foil), heat-shrink full-body labels, and in-mold labeling (IML) for premium products.
